I agree! Moreover, if the teacher can teach well, the teacher must have some 推動力 behind. The 推動力 may be money or enthusiasm, but this doesn't matter because both are legal and reasonable and do not hurt anyone.
I also agree some teachers of our schools have no enthusiasm any more. They should be kicked out of the school.
