對不起，言語上有些誤會。
我所謂的利益出發是法律保障的範圍。
即梁學兄所抄的地方已是侵犯了他人的創作權。但是我們交換MP3在法律上是沒有實際責任的，因為在香港，只有發佈MP3才是犯法的。
從另一角度看，如政府說我們家用的MP3在交換的時侯是犯了法，而我們依舊去交換，那便是我們的錯。在理論上，在政府沒有保障下，不作商業用途，交換MP3暫算可行。
但是梁同學的事件之中可見，他是一模一樣的抄首頁，內容不清楚吧，那已是一件侵權的事。首先在名文上，大學在開學已有校規針對抄襲的行為，再者，梁同學在此事上得到了利益﹝學科的高份﹞，而且你抄少少，都可以用借用資料說得過去，照抄首頁就......
我只是想希望濟記的學生在"抄"的同時，認清自己的利益及法律問題，在中學時期如果染上抄的習慣，在將來的後果是可以好嚴重。
