這位唔知點稱呼的兄台：

只要你清楚知道自己在做什麼，為什麼這樣做，如何做，便已是成功的第一步。至於效果不理想，那也有一些謀事在人，成事在天的因素。

現在教改的其中一個重點，是多看重一些process，少看一些output；不論是評估一個學生還是評估一所學校。孔子也曾經說過：「有不虞之譽，有求全之毀。」世間上有太多始料不及的事了。

至於君堯，他是一位好學生，只是為人有一些執著而已。只要你好好的跟他說說，你們很快便會成為好朋友的。（不要亂為好朋友加添其他的意義啊。）
