In my web pages on Gel Nails ( <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.nailsplash.com">http://www.nailsplash.com</a> OR www.gelnails.com ) I make MANY specific recomendations on brands to try (Lights w/ four 9 watt Osram bulbs such as the LE or LCN are best, as for gels it's a matter of preference and experience) as with most things in life, you get what you pay for! Check out the links from my links page to LCN, LE, NSI, IBD, OPI and STAR.... BUT if you do not have a license you won't be able to buy any professional systems anyway (47 of the 50 US states require licenses, and many other countries do as well).
