Melissa: HI! I'm not familiar with any of the products you mentioned except TT's A-coat. I know that among users of this product it's fairly well known that hair sprays and sun tan products and the like will cause it to get gummy and some things even make it turn black. I don't know why. The folks I talk to at TT are sales people, not chemists, they don't really know why either, so I haven't been able to get a real answer. But w/ TT at least, you can put a coat of her Z-coat right over that A-coat. I find that this works really well. Between the two clears coats nothing seems to scratch the nail (and believe me, my mother has tried!) and I never see yellowing on my P&W (but I do mostly acrylic). I will be checking up here to see if you guys can find the actual REASON these top coats do this to begin with. I do know that the A-coat is a "liquid plastic" the MSDS says it's made with acrylic polymers.
