Subject: Need Help!

Hi,
I am a fairly new technician in Houston. I graduated in January of this year! I am currently working in a salon where I am the only nail technician. Today I had a client come in wanting to take her acrylic overlays off, (I did not do the original set) because they were yellowing. Since I didn't put the acrylic on, I suggested soaking them off, which we did. When that was done, I noticed that her natural nails had deep horizontal ridges on her nails. She asked me what it could possibly be. I told her that it looked like it was from the drill because they were perfectly curved just like her cuticle shape and she had several of them all the way to her free edge. I told her I wasn't 100% sure and that I would check it out and get back to her. She had it on every nail. Does that sound correct or is it something else? Sorry this is so long!! Please help!!
