Subject: Todd set up the circumstances. The kids made a bad decision. Todd has made things progressively worse by his reactions. Is he responsibile for the pregnancy? No! Is he responsible for his insane reactions? Yes!

Todd is responsible for a lot but he is not responsible for Starr and Cole having sex. That is their responsibility Todd did not force them to have sex.
