Author: Heather
Subject: I am so dissappointed in this storyline. The reactions thus far have been so unrealistic. It seems to me that they are glorifing teen pregnancy. "It's ok to get knocked up, because you can blame it all on your dad!!" I wish that Blair has been disappointed as well as happy that Starr wasn't hurt. I am just hoping that Starr loses the baby soon, because this storyline, as is, is going to tank!!!
In reply to: Cathy 's message, "While I definitely agree with Blair supporting Starr, I can't understand why she seems so happy and sentimental about her 16 year old daughter being pregnant. It is not a happy event, yet Blair acts like it is. What is wrong with this picture?" on 11:38:34 05/20/08 Tue

[> [> Sorry, you feel that way, Heather, but everyone has a right to their opinion. I would have been disappointed if Blair chewed out Starr in her hospital room yesterday knowing everything Starr has been through the last three months. To be honest, I do not want Starr to lose the baby knowing she is starting to love the baby. I am sure Blair will have a talk with Starr about the reality Starr faces as a teenage mother, but yesterday was not the time or place for it. -- lucy, 08:01:14 05/21/08 Wed

[> [> [> Well, today Todd got blamed for the kids having sex. By Blair. So, apparently, everything that happened IS Todd's fault. I think Todd handled everything wrong but it just feels like he's an excuse everyone else is using and that really detracts from the story for me. -- Dandesun, 12:41:06 05/21/08 Wed

Todd is responsible for a lot but he is not responsible for Starr and Cole having sex. That is their responsibility Todd did not force them to have sex.
