Then i suspected.. am i having a depression problem or wat.. i surfed on it. Then i'm more than half convinced i'm having a depression disorder for the past 1 yr. out of the list of depression symptoms.. i got almost all of them for long term.. all those with a * i've got...

=SymptomsDepression=

*Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism
*Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness
*Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed, including sex
*Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down"
*Difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions
*Insomnia, early-morning awakening, or oversleeping
*Appetite and/or weight loss or overeating and weight gain
Thoughts of death or suicide; suicide attempts
