Morning Mop.I have one I use for chicken and pork.1/4 cup of maple syrup,2 tbsp dijon or yellow mustard,2 tsps of lemon juice,1 tsps olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.cook over low heat to thicken, then glaze when food is 5 or 10 minutes left to cook. This is a modified version of a bhg recipe.
I have also done one that has 1/3 cup chili sauce,1 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp of ground cumin, salt and pepper to taste.this is where I take some liberties and add maple syrup to taste, along with some yellow mustard and ketchup to taste.Again this is a modified version of a bhg recipe.
Both of these are sweet so they will burn very easy so keep an eye out.
