Morning Mop.I have one I use for chicken and pork.1/4 cup of maple syrup,2 tbsp dijon or yellow mustard,2 tsps of lemon juice,1 tsps olive oil,salt and pepper to taste.cook over low heat to thicken,then glaze when food is 5 or 10 minutes left to cook.This is a modified version of a bhg recipe.
I have also done one that has 1/3 cup chili sauce,1 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp of ground cumin, salt and pepper to taste.this is where I take some liberties and add maple syrup to taste,along with some yellow mustard and ketchup to taste.Again this is a modified version of a bhg recipe.
Both of these are sweet so they will burn very easy so keep an eye out.
