You done good, in my not so humble opinion! Very good.
I was amazed at how well you had things organized and how everything was taken care of. I know the hours you put in ordering the meats, charcoal, woods, and mooching cookers for the class! Everything was first rate! I can't wait till the next one! :-)
I hope the students feel as positive about it as the Kirks and I. The students worked hard and fought some poor weather but still had some great food! I even learned a few tricks this weekend!

Thanks for the tour of the farmers market and your little portion of Ontario, it was very interesting!

I'd be honored to have you join me in a cookoff or 5....!
