Bigj, marinaded the cottage roll for 24 hours with Dianes rib n chicken sauce and white wine vinnegar. Rubbed it down with a KC recipe, cooked 6 hours,taste was a bit salty, wrapped in foil for 3 hours, reheated a few min. salty taste was gone, and so is the cottage roll. Life is good.
