hey mop , yes i do like the GOOD ONE cooker , many good features . i would like to see three separate controls going from the heat source to the smoking chamber though . for instance cooking a whole hog the rib section will be done befor the hams or shoulder , therefor needing less heat at the centre of the cooker . no need to move the fire around . also more than one exhaust vent to release excess heat at different spots if you run into them . with the amount of pull-out grates this would also be great for catering larger parties . i also wonder if a multiple entrance doors would be in order . say if you had butts at one end for a long cook and chicken at the other and wanted to baste the chicken without loosing the heat . i don't know , just thinking out loud . yup , like that GOOD ONE . reg
