Mornin Smoke'nron: I don't use marinade ether as Reg said rub as early as possible up to 24 hours ahead. I cook a little lower than reg about 200 for five to six hours spraying with apple juice every half hour. You can then wrap in foil if you like, to tenderize them. As reg said when you take them out of the foil sauce them and grill them for about 20 minutes. To remove the membrane use a screw drive to slip under it then grab it and pull it off in long strips, it takes practice but it gets easyer.
