Winds of 38 Km/h with gusts of 46km/h. The sun's gone and I've been averaging 270 top temp which translate to 255 grid temp. 4 1/2 hours. Meat's at 161. Gonna pull it out in 2 mins after this post. Heck, my sauce is not even ready. LOL
Mop was right: them maple charcoal chunks burn too hot, but they smell goooood. Next time I'll use briquettes with a sprinkle of chunks for taste.

Bruce, you should have done like me and do all the yard work last week. The only thing left for me to do is to scatter seeds and fertilizer on the lawn, which I can't do today on account of the wind. It could piss off neighbours finding grass growing in their flower beds. LOL

BTW, I bet them ribs will turn out super.
