hiya Big Guy, yes that was the one. NFG IMHO. they were the fresh whole ones and a real pain to make never mind the so-so flavor of the finished product. they had a soft mushy texture and to me just not worth the work. they were baked not fried.

that recipe for the pulled pork is different for sure. sounds to me like crushed corn chips mixed with butter to keep it together, add your layers, heat then add the slaw cold at the end. that would be my guess.
