Subject: I'm new to this site!

Hi everyone, I'd like to thank Reg for directing me to this site! I've been on the US sites for over a year, duh! Anyway, I'm looking to volunteer my time in a Smokehouse/BBQ restaurant for a few weeks during the summer of 2003. Can anyone recommend some Ontarian/Canadian smokehouses that I can approach. (I only know about the Lone Star and I'm looking for something other than a chain restaurant)
