Everyone who knows you through your catering, competition and CBSA work appreciates and supports your work to bring someone who is probably the most recognizable name in North American barbecue into the same neck of the woods as many of us on the forum! To put your own $ on the line to promote Canadian bbq in commendable and appreciated. The price tag is not cheap, let's be honest, but then this type of intensive and exhaustive training and information doesn't come along every day either!
Whether I personally make it there or not, I think you deserve to be recognized for your initiative in bringing this to SW Ontario! A barbecue supporter who has put their money where their mouth is, for sure! Great job, Scotty!
