Don't know how many cups of dry, but for 120 I used 4 kgs of dry beans. I got a commercial scale and the recipe I use, goes by weight.I really enjoyed meeting you guys at Brantford and only wish it wasn't so dam far, so Barry and I could get together with all of you some time.
Back to the beans, I think I would have a revolt from my customers if I were to supply anything BUT home made beans. A lot ask that question specifically and I don't have the heart to tell them that I won't make them. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
