He used a Coke and sauce mix for... what?... reheating pulled pork? Or just in a direct cooking process? What show did you see Raichlen on? I like his books, but some folks have reported that success has gone to his melon...... yeah, given the chance, a simmered pork au jus kicks the livin' bejeezus out of Coke, but if it has some potential as a cheap reheating vehicle, then I'd like to pursue it!
Making a batch of smoked tomato/roasted green and red pepper salsa today.....off to fetch the 'maters right now! Tally-ho!
