Well, the level in the pot is sinking fast so I thought I should get me at least one bowl for a taste. Its now almost all gone (6 litres) and its not cool yet.

Yes, Qfan the ends are in there and they are a chewy treat. This is not going to be the last of the smoked beef chili in this house. Best part is, I've still got about 5 lb of scraps left. Enough for another couple of batches. BigJ; go for it!

The chipotles give it an honest medium heat, still lots of room for experiment.
