Sounds great...did you do the ends as well? Would make for a nice flavourful chewy bit in there among the tender, simmered beef... Yeah, great stuff! Doing a brisket tomorrow in fact, plus I have some leftover cooked stuff in the freezer and a whole chunk of the point from that cook when I just did the flat. Chili looks like it might be in my future as well......
