Anyone ever try smoked oysters in the turkey stuffing?

Jim, I've been doing a lot of brisket lately. I think I may just be beginning to get the hang of it. For some events I've been using "CAB peeled points" but last week I couldn't get any. My supplier suggested what he called "boneless points 7 up" and guess what? I got packer cut brisket averaging 10 lb each. After our exchange a while ago, I have been trying to find them with no luck. They are about the best thing to eat I've had for a long time. Ten to 12 hours at 220 -225 but worth the wait.

Peter
