Subject: Thanksgiving Dinner?

Since we seem to have a few people talking food again, let's keep it going.

Anybody going out of the ordinary for the holiday? Anybody doing something other than turkey or ham? If you are doing turkey are you smoking, grilling or maybe deep-frying it? Any changes in seasoning to give it a BBQ flair? What about interesting sides?

Personally, we will be putting on 1500 kms in order to accomodate 2 family dinners, so cooking is out for me, although I might try to pre-cook a sweet potato pudding to take along.
