I have a rotisserie spit rigged on my grill. So it will be a pork roast on the spit lo and slo. Still have to figure what rub to put on it with the mustard and garlic insertions. As for sides, definitely yams in the oven and we'll come up with something else I'm sure between now and then, maybe a butternut soup for starters.
