Well, at least she didn't get a hankerin' for another whole hog! LOL
On the Basso the other day, someone asked the same question; you may wanna search it out (2-4 days ago, maybe a week at most). If I recall, they mentioned packing in dry ice covering the wrapped meat and then getting no longer than 2-day service. They could be costly ribs!
