next time Ron no big deal. start it at 6:30am and run at 250 all day and it will be ready at 6:30pm (185 degrees internal)and thats one that is around 8lbs, and you should use only one load of charcoal. if using lump you may have to add some during the day but just add right to the existing fire no need to take anything apart or prestart it.

and just to let you know that coconut shrip recipe is now in the bottom of the G can. i should have know better just by the list of ingredients and the method. what a waste of good shrimp. oh well.........
