Hey Ron, anyone who never makes mistakes never makes progress. Glad the meal turned out OK. I'm curious about the pinto beans. I made a batch last week and I'm still not sure wether I did it right or what. The texture of the beans is not what I'm used to. They're fully cooked (I think) but the skins don't break the way navy beans do. Can you help me out on that? Is that the way they are supposed to be? That was my first shot at pintos.
