morning Qfan. i wonder if A&P sales are just local, i always thought they were all stores. i picked up 3 - 10lb shanks and did them up.

also have a question for whoever can help me out. on Friday i picked up 2 brisket flats from our bartender. they have a nice fat cap and good marbling but are only about 1 1/2" thick, what gives ? the last one i had were about 3to 4" thick.
