I had a pretty busy weekend for me. Friday I did two racks of the big beef ribs. My folks love'em and we were heading down for the weekend. Today I did a chicken that was marinated for a couple of days. Did it about 350 so the skin was nice and crisp. Very juicy inside.

For those of us that were lucky to have the day off, I hope you had a good one.
