well i guess its official, there will be a new team competing at Brantford from the Niagara area. i had a meeting yesterday with my new cooking partner and its a go. we will be calling ourselves the BBQ BOYZ and will be looking forward to seeing everyone there.

also would like to thank Roger and Mike from Little and Large BBQ for allowing me to cook with them in the past, it has been a pleasure for sure.
