morning Bob.i have a Brinkman (the guys call it Sputnik)that the water pan rusted through a few years ago. i found a set of SS mixing bowls at Zellers for around $15 and the large bowl fit perfectly. i also have a WSM and continue to use the existing water bowl most of the time just covered with foil, no water. for the real long cooks i see many using sand instead of water and they swear by it.
