Subject: building a smoker HELP!!!

Bruce or Whom ever can be of help. I am tring to find some plans to build a smoker, (blue prints)but I am looking for somthing large(feeding 150to200) for company picnics. I need to be portable,(on wheels) and would like to have removable gas bruner for final cooking.It may be used for grilling as well. (AKA corn on the cob, stakes, porkchops.)
