Subject: Mop, have you fed the drunken sailors yet?

Morning Mop
Read the thread on Basso's page and would like to take it a bit further. I'm doing the food on the 24th for Buzz and Tom's poker run and will be feeding 600 half in the bag bikers after a day in the country doing a pub crawl.
My thoughts are to do 45 or 50 ten pounders which, in my pit, will be 2 or 3 cooks. Any suggestions on storing and reheating that weren't covered in the other thread? Any other suggestions will be very welcome.

Peter
