Subject: Fire In the Soul--You Like?

Guys and Gals:
I think a good bunch of us saw the documentary 'Fire in the Soul' broadcast on FoodNetwork Canada back in June, and were pretty unanimous in our praise for this show. Something we all should have done when it first ran, but don't think we did, is let FoodTV know how much we enjoyed it. Renard Cohen did a great job on the project and we, as CBSA members, should let FoodTV Canada know that we want MORE of this stuff; not that crappy propane grill froo-froo stuff that currently passes as their 'bbq content' this summer!
So, I am putting the request out that we all get off our keyboards and each send in a note to FoodTV Canada stating that:
a) Fire in the Soul is great TV--repeat this more often!
b) More productions like this would be great!
c) The CBSA is a terrific place to find out about this true sport of bbq, and we support and appreciate broadcasts dealing with our passion for bbq.
I sent in a message earlier today. If others could do the same over the next couple of days, they just might take notice! We really should have done this back in June when the show first premiered, but let's try to make up for lost time. Here's the link for posting a comment on the program:
