Subject: large load

yesterday brother Ron and myself did a large load of rainbows in the trailer smoker. not sure how many lbs but they took two full racks ( 2'by 5')and were smoked over grape vines. the fish were all in the 5 to 8 lb range with the fillets being about 1 1/2" thick. i took some pictures and when i get them scanned i will get Bruce to post them.

BTW Bruce you were absolutely correct in saying those grape vines put out a good flavor.
