I love corn, so does my kid who has lost her two top front teeth. It'll be interesting to see how she manages this year with the corn. lol

I basically do it simple on the grill by first peeling the husks back, remove as much silk as possible then fold the husk back then soak them in cold water for about an hour then on the grill about 5 minutes per side rotating 4 times (total 20 mins).
I mix melted butter with a bit of chili powder and lime juice to rub and serve after it's cooked.
Another way I like to eat cooked corn is to rub on butter and sprinkle hot sauce on it. Durkee's is very good.

You can also make a corn salsa. This time you remove husk and silk, soak, apply a bit of oil and grill. Remove niblets with a knife, and mix with a can of diced mexican green chile or roasted and peeled poblanos diced, red onions diced, chopped garlic (not too much), fresh oregano, olive oil, lime juice and chopped coriander. And If you want to go crazy add some jalapenos, cherry tomatoes cut in halves and a can of black beans along with chopped green onions and soya sauce and replace oregano with crushed roasted cumin seeds.

Have fun. If you want I've got this corn chowder recipe as well as corn relish and corn...oh enough lol. I told you I love corn...
