Good day to you!

I am overwhelmed! and I feel much better now about this gig. Buddy the other day said to me; "Don't worry, you can run faster scared than they can mad". Beside, if I have to run; I'll be leaving lots behind me for them to slip in.LOL
Good idea about the jus. There will be bones and such from the first cook to make a pot of stock to keep everything moist.
Catering is going well. we're not swamped with business but i'm in a full time business school program this summer. I'm trying to get some time on labour day weekend to get down to Burlington to the ribfest there. Never been to one before.
BTW we will have to talk royalties. Had a couple of requests to sell some if that butter baste. Maybe I'll start packaging it.
Sure will be good to finally put faces to the names I see on this board. Great idea to arrange to hook up.

Thanks again

Peter
