Hey Mop

Thanks for all the help. The event is on the 24th. I'm planning to cook about ten butts this weekend, shred and pack in pans with some jus. Then on Fri i'll do 20 more which i'll pack in coolers in foil. I realy like that idea and do the rest on Sat. How long can they be kept hot? With any luck it will all be ready to eat by 5 or so on Sat. The ten I do this weekend will be reheating with the final 20. The pit will probably hold 25 but I haven't loaded it that heavy yet and I guess I'm a bit nervous about temp control for a really big load. 20 at a time will be a little more comfortable for me. How long do you figure it will take to heat butts in an upright at 190 or so? What do you think of the plan?

Anyway, your help is much appreciated. I'l let everyone know how it turns out and if you don't hear from me again....................LOL

Peter
