Subject: Had the pleasure of meeting Peter

I had the pleasure of meeting Peter yesterday up at Christie Conservation Area on Saturday.

I was there grilling for a party of 50-75 and Peter was in there cooking for a small group.
Unfortunatly I was unable to spend much time due to timing,
My job was done at just after 2pm and I had to be another place for 3pm to get a whack of butts on for a sports party.

BUT, I did get to spend a few minutes looing around at his cooker and of course sample some great bbq treats,,,,,

Man, you should have seen the scoff of ribs he had in that Klose....they must have come from Fred Flintstone's butcher.....nice!

Also, he had some 'Mice' or as some folks call them, 'Atomic Buffalo Turds'......I must say that they were KILLER...I loved em!, what flavor!!!!!!!

He sure does give 'real barbecue' a good name when you see the dedication as well as the setup he has.......

Anyways, if any of you get a chance to meet him, do so...great guy......

p.s....does anyone know where the recipe for the Mice are in the Smoke & Spice book, I have looked cover to cover and can`t find it....
