thanks there Qfan. i just received word a few minutes ago that the new cooker will have a permanent home at the boat club in Chippawa. my brother Ron and i officially take over this week, so the thought of any type of comps are gone out the window now.

the NEW kitchen will be open Thursday 4 - 10, Friday 4 - 10, Saturday and Sunday 7 am (breakfast) to 10 pm. we will have to serve some of the regular finger foods but will be introducing smoke roasted foods as well. smoked shoulder (sliced),smoked beef for beef on a bun, chicken, turkey, ribs, pork loin and prime rib along with all the sides.

so who's coming to visit us first lol. Mopster you will be able to try our HOT wings.
