Not sure on this one, but talking to Bruce a week or so ago, I believe he said 8 confirmed (and that didn't included Little N Large; we're just getting that entry form off now!). Looks like maybe 10 or so, with a potential cap being placed at 12 or 14 if need be...(don't quote me on any of this). Some folks are on the fence....BBBrown doesn't think his monster cooker will be ready with all the OT demands at work lately keeping him away from the REAL work...LOL..so he may just be an 'observer' that weekend...
What about Peter and that new Klose? You coming out to Paris, Peter?
Have a 4 lb brisket point on the old Eggerino for tonight; just basted it with some buttery brisket baste sauce (no real fat cap on it). Lookin and smellin good; anything on any of the cookers tonight, Reg?
