Subject: Shopping for a Temperature Probe for smoker

I in need of some help trying to buy a good temperature probe for my smoker 0-300F. I can find them in the U.S. but would like to buy one on this side of the border. The other thing I'm trying to locate is a single propane burner made out of cast iron (kind of like a hot plate), at a reasonable price. I've also located that in cabela's but was wondering if there was something in Canada. The unit that I made is almost complete, it's primaryly used for smoking fish but want to get into much more just have to fine tune my equipement. This is a great site guys and I have learn lots.
Thanks Jeff
