morning there Jeff. as far as the thermo goes i use deep fry thermos for the cooker and picked them up at CTC for about $10 or $12. if you are looking for a digital remote, they are around $40 and can be bought at a restaurant supply store. the cast iron burner can also be had at CTC or at Home Hardwares for around $70 including the stand. hope this helps you out some.
