Hiya Jeff, Blind RIver eh, wow you sure are going to tempt the moose and the bears up there with all that sweet smelling smoke..

At pigroast.com his cookers are a little different than most in that he puts his exhaust stack at the same end as the firebox, he is able to do that without losing heat/smoke right out of the stack by welding a deflector plate along the entire length of the main chamber under the cooking grate with a small opening at the 'front' end of the chamber to allow heat/smoke to travel across the food before going out the exhaust stack.....just thought I would let you know.

They are 'Lang Cooker/Smokers in Nahunta Georgia.
