Barry how long is that temperature probe the walls on my smoking chamber are about 1 inch thick so I need longer threads and a 3 inch probe length. Reg thanks, I'll have to take a look at their site. I want to use the burner as a heat source as well as for smoking my chip pan. the problem being that the stand can only be 6 inchs high to fit into the smoke chamber. Reg I reside up in Northern Ontario in a small town called Blind River, I've excited a few guys about building a barbque smoker like those at pigroast.com, it'll be another thing to get it welded though as that is not my area of knowledge.

Happy Q-ing Jeff
