Guys, thanks for the advice.

Date: 24 August

Location: North Guelph (Highway 6/Conservation Road)

Head Count: 30 (to 50 max) in total of which 5 (to 10 max) may be kids.

Menu: pig and/or lamb roast. ideally something that looks pretty spectacular. we can provide most of the rest of the food although if you have great recipes for bbq beans, coleslaw, etc then that's fine, too. The day will be informal although we're trying to keep it a little 'up market' and we shall need a few caterers to hand out drinks, etc.

Charity: Most likely a children's charity for terminally ill children like the 'Children's Wish Foundation' although we are open to suggestions.
