Good moring Jef. I just went through that. And found a very good probe at Zimco Gauge & Valves Ltd In Calgary.
it goes from 50-500-f+c product number is 33040A01G4D Trend 33040 bimetal 50-500 Phone is 403-253-8320. They will ship it and you will have it in 4 days it screws into a 1/2 in fitting. hope this helps cost was $35.63 with tax and shipping. Barry
