Subject: Pork Prices

Does anyone get any deals on pork ribs, or butts or maybe something I can compare to. I just picked up 3 racks of ribs for 2.99lb on sale but is that really a sale. The last ones I bought were 3.99lb at a butcher shop in the city. Just curious if there are better deals out there and should I pack a cooler when down south.
