Unfortunatly there isn`t a whole lot of pit builders that I`m aware of here in God's Country.
I myself was on the same plight as you just this time last year and ended up going into Michigan to pick up a cooker that I had built in Iowa no less.

I searched like heck and came up with nothing.

Now, having said all that, it doesn`t mean you can`t have one made in just about any fab shop.
If you have no luck in finding pre built cookers then maybe you could look into finding some plans and having it made for you locally.

Actually it might turn out that you get as good or better than one thats punched out on an assembly line.

Ask around and find the do's and the don`t's of people that have hog cookers and when you build yours, just add the do's and leave out the don`t's..

Good luck and I`m sorry I could point you to a builder.

Roger
